Look and feel was good but the presentation and customer service was not. despite of the fact it was highlighted branded box is not available, i was not expecting 2 necklace in one box that too very ordinary one. it was a gift to my family and i had to innovate the presentation. Also customer service team to develop their skills how to manage customer and not blame and fight with them.
