Damaged Products

1. Unboxing Video Required: You must provide a complete unboxing video clearly showing the package being opened from its original, sealed condition. This helps us verify the issue and prevent misuse of the policy.
2. Return Shipping: Once the damage is verified, you will need to send the product back to us. Please note that return shipping charges must be borne by the customer.
3. Product Exchange: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will dispatch a replacement product of the same specifications.
